Job Description The Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) plays a critical role in supporting a solo dentist by assisting primarily with restorative dental procedures and Dentures/Partials. This position requires delivering high-quality patient care, managing infection control, operating radiographic equipment, and maintaining meticulous records. The EFDA works under direct supervision on-site, contributing to a smooth and efficient dental practice through strong teamwork and precise coordination of appointments using dental practice management software and electronic health records.
