We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next-generation stop-fold tilt-rotor.Commercial SalesBring your experience and ideas and help us introduce new aviators to the thrill of owning and operating a world-class rotorcraft. You’ll work with a world-class sales team to demonstrate how vertical lift can change lives for the better and bring rotorcraft ownership to reality. This role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with current and future customers. You’ll be able to hone your sales acumen and technical abilities, all while gaining experience in direct sales.What you’ll be doing as a 505 Sales ManagerDevelop 505 sales opportunities and convert opportunities to firm orders and deliveries.Manage 505 sales accounts in assigned region.Provide input on 505 marketing strategy and implement sales and marketing initiatives in assigned region including developing industrial relationships, gathering and reporting on market intelligence and customer feedback, collaboration on product, and business roadmap development.Interact with existing Bell 505 customers, maintenance facilities, and training facilities within assigned region.Lead role in Bell team collaboration on proposal responses.Fiduciary responsibility for business conduct, travel expenses, budget management, and corporate credit card use.QualificationsSkills You Bring To this RoleExcellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a geographically distributed organization.Candidate must have, or be able to obtain, the legal right to conduct business in all states within assigned region.Ability to travel within assigned region.Ability to persuade customers to purchase a $2 million dollar asset.What You Need To Be SuccessfulUndergraduate Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Aviation or similar field OR in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a FAA Pilot license (fixed wing or helicopter) may be considered.At least 6 years of aviation industry experience.At least 2 years of rotorcraft, marketing, or sales experience preferred.Prior sales experience with >$2M luxury items preferred.Prior technical rotorcraft industry experience preferred.Current helicopter pilot license, aerospace engineering experience or aircraft maintenance experience preferred.Bell product experience preferred.What We Offer You In ReturnYou’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO) 120 hours Vacation time 12-13 paid holidays per year 6 weeks parental leaveTuition reimbursementCompetitive salaryComprehensive health insuranceOn-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselorAccess to more than 11 Employee Resource GroupsAnd so much moreIt’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
