Overview As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will shape the software strategy for MONA, the team behind in-house controllers, SDN, and planning systems for over a million devices. You partner with leadership to design scalable, end-to-end solutions that automate network remediation, capacity planning, and out-of-band management. You drive architecture, tests, observability, and incident readiness, mentoring engineers and leading design reviews. This role offers hands-on impact at fleet scale, advancing automation in one of the world’s largest data center networks.
