Grounds Worker

Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Technician *Summit Management – Duluth, MN* Summit Management is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Minnesota. We are currently hiring a *full-time Groundskeeper* to help maintain and care for our residential communities in *Duluth, MN*. This role is essential to keeping our properties safe, clean, and looking their best year-round. Job Responsibilities * Perform daily grounds upkeep across multiple residential properties * Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping * Pruning shrubs, trees, and maintaining planting beds * Basic irrigation system repairs and monitoring * Snow removal, equipment operating, shoveling, and winter property maintenance * Assist with seasonal projects and other tasks as needed to maintain curb appeal and safety Requirements * Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round * Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) * Experience operating lawn equipment such as *zero-turn and commercial walk-behind mowers* * Experience with skid steers or other heavy equipment * Equipment maintenance or small engine repair experience * Fertilizer applications, hardscapes, or tree care experience Schedule & Pay * *Full-time position, Overtime as weather requires (M-F 8AM-4:30PM)* * Pay range: *$20–$25 per hour*, based on experience * Full-time company benefits: Health Insurance, 401K matching, PTO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Do you know how to operate a zero-turn and commercial walk-behind mower?
