Senior Electrical Engineer / Product Lead Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Integration

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in semiconductor design, advanced packaging, and ASIC development . If you enjoy solving complex challenges in mixed-signal design, chiplet integration, and high-performance electronics , this role is for you.What You Will DoLead the design of advanced semiconductor electronics and ASICs , ensuring top performance.Optimize mixed-signal circuits and drive innovation in chiplet integration (high-speed I/O, interconnects).Master semiconductor processing (FEOL/BEOL) and advanced packaging (HBM, LPDDR) for next-generation devices.Ensure signal and power integrity while automating layout generation for efficiency.Design high-reliability PCBs and run thermal simulations for optimal performance.Collaborate with teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions and mentor junior engineers.What We Are Looking ForM.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Ph.D. preferred).Proven experience in:ASIC and mixed-signal designSemiconductor processing and advanced packaging (HBM, LPDDR, chiplets).Signal and power integrity, PCB design, thermal analysis.Automated layout generation and workflow optimization.Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Patents or publications in semiconductor technology (a plus).
