This position builds and manages resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, performs critical path analysis, and partners with project teams to drive execution across EPC projects.What You'll DoDevelop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projectsBuild and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategiesIntegrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teamsPerform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity trackingIdentify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategiesProduce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executivesSupport look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvementMaintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standardsWhat You'll Bring5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations - requiredAdvanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule developmentExperience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projectsFamiliarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis toolsProven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teamsStrong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departmentsHighly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsEducation: High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferredWhat You'll Get401(k) with company match (Traditional & Roth)Paid Holidays and PTOMedical, Dental, and VisionFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountAccident InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceLifelock Identity Theft ProtectionEmployee DiscountsShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityFor more benefit details click here!
