Here, your contributions are valued, and your career will flourish in a culture that celebrates integrity, safety, excellence, client advocacy, teamwork, and high ethical standards.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSafety & Risk ManagementChampion safety by completing daily reports and conducting comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.Develop site-specific safety plans and ensure adherence to all safety policies.Lead with a safety-first mindset, striving to eliminate risks across every project.Quality AssuranceImplement and maintain rigorous quality control plans to ensure subcontractor work meets and exceeds contract standards.Collaborate with project teams to drive continuous quality improvements.Project ProductionStrategically develop and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.Coordinate daily activities and lead weekly meetings with subcontractors to align on goals and milestones.Utilize project management software to track materials, equipment, and progress.Leadership & DevelopmentFoster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, nurturing an environment of openness and collaboration.Mentor and develop project interns, engineers, and assistant superintendents, empowering them to excel.Lead by example with a positive, solution-focused attitude, holding the team to the highest standards.What You Bring to the TableExperience: High school diploma or GED with 4-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in healthcare construction.Certification: OSHA 30 certification is required.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, with exceptional skills in schedule management, problem-solving, and communication.Mindset: A "safe work or no work" ethos, committed to upholding jobsite safety standards.Collaboration: A team-oriented approach, valuing partnership and collective success.Our Commitment to YouAt T.
