Senior Coordinator

Prestigious international Law Firm, known for its collaborative and professional atmosphere, is seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator for it's New York headquarters. The position will play an integral role supporting the Firm's Business Development practices. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in-office attendance at the Firm's New York headquarters (Hudson Yards area).Key Responsibilities:Support practice and industry groups with business development initiatives, managing projects from start to finish with clear communication to stakeholders.Collaborate on pitch materials and assist in preparing responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, including compiling relevant data.Manage and update databases with client, contact, matter, and business development activity details.Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries, geographies, and competitors to support strategic initiatives.Maintain and update marketing materials such as brochures, lawyer bios, website content, and experience lists.Coordinate submissions and rankings for legal directories and league tables, and contribute to internal and external business development meetings.Requirements:Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Business, Political Science, English, or Finance. Prior experience in business development within a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff and with external parties.Technical & Project Skills: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; demonstrated project management skills including prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail.Work Style & Tools: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities; flexible to work overtime as needed. Familiarity with platforms like InterAction/IntroHive and Foundation is advantageousCompensation: $85,000 - $95,000
