Remote Reliability Engineer – Multi-Site Manufacturing

Hexion is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support a network of small manufacturing plants across North America. You will drive bad actor elimination, perform root cause analysis, and embed proactive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and improve asset performance. The role requires leading cross-site reliability initiatives, data-driven decision making, and applying RCA, FMEA, and RCM to optimize maintenance strategies.
