With locations throughout the state, they offer services in 18 hospitals and more than 350 outpatient locations.Menasha, WIis a city in Calumet and Winnebago counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 18,268 at the 2020 census. Of this, 15,144 were in Winnebago County, and 2,209 were in Calumet County. The city is located mostly in Winnebago County; only a small portion is in Calumet County.Outpatient Psychiatry MD/DO - BE/BCPosition Highlights:- Flexible with schedule- Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p (36 patient clinical contact hours)- Call: 2-3 weeknights per month (Monday-Friday) no weekend call and call is by phone only- Adult psychiatrists may perform ECT- Dedicated team of Psychiatric Hospitalists locatedin our newly renovated, adult inpatient unit at ThedaCare- Regional Medical Center - Neenah- Implemented Behavioral Health Collaboration- Managers at the primary care level- The Psychiatric group is part of a behavioral health division that includes;seven adult psychiatrists, five nurse practitioners, three adult psychiatric hospitalists and 50 Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselors as well as Psychology, Neuropsychology services, ECT and a Mental Health Day Treatment Program.Benefits/Compensation:- Base Salary: $300,000 + up to $45,000 in value-based incentives (95% of our physicians hit the full $45,000 in value-based incentives)- Sign on Bonus: $100,000 forgiven over 5 years- PTO: 35 days inclusive of vacation, CME and holidays- CME: $4,500- Health/Dental/Vision- Short and Long Term Disability- Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund- Licensing/Board Fees Reimbursement- Retirement Plans: 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution- Eligible to sponsor H1-B visas and green cards- Public Service Loan ForgivenessCommunity OverviewThe Fox Cities of Wisconsin includes Appleton, Neenah, and Menasha, and is comprised of a total of 19 unique communities positioned along the scenic Fox River and Lake Winnebago.
