CSI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our NuPoint Flex Team, a highly collaborative group that supports key initiatives across Deposits, Loans, Conversions, and internal operational applications.This team serves as a flexible engineering resource, stepping in where additional technical expertise is needed. You'll work on a wide variety of projects including customer-facing enhancements, internal business applications, APIs, automation initiatives, and modernization efforts that help move our technology platform forward.What You'll DoAs a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll contribute across the entire software development lifecycle while partnering with internal stakeholders, product teams, and fellow engineers to design, build, and enhance applications.In This Role, You WillDesign, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern Microsoft technologiesBuild and enhance REST APIs that support internal and customer-facing productsDevelop intuitive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologiesCreate scalable backend solutions using .NET, C#, and SQL ServerSupport modernization initiatives, technical debt reduction, and application upgradesDevelop automation solutions that improve efficiency for operational and conversion teamsParticipate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activitiesCollaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsContribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based initiatives as the organization continues its technology evolutionProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members as appropriateWhat You'll Be Working OnThe Flex Team supports a diverse portfolio of projects, including:Internal applications that automate repetitive business processesConversion tools that enable teams to perform data-related activities more efficientlyDeposit and Loan API enhancementsCustomer-requested product improvements that development teams have not yet had capacity to prioritizeModernization projects focused on upgrading legacy applications and technology platformsEmerging initiatives involving AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity improvementsRequired Qualifications3+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with .NET / .NET Core C# SQL Server or other relational databases Angular, React, or similar modern JavaScript framework HTML and CSSExperience developing and consuming RESTful APIsExperience with source control and modern software development practicesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with AngularExperience with API testing tools such as Postman or ReadyAPIExperience with Azure cloud technologies, Azure DevOps, App Configuration, or Key VaultExperience with containerization technologiesBanking, fintech, or financial services experienceExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar technologiesAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
