We are currently hiring a Technical Recruiter.Responsibilities:-Execute upon techniques to recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals.- Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.- Prepare candidates for interviews.- Negotiate and present offers for employment.- Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs.- Manage workforce of Consultants and Full time Staff as they support eNGINE initiatives.Requirements:-Effective verbal and written communication skills.-Computer/Social Media skills required.-Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused.-Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s).-Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively.eNGINE will provide a career ladder for those demonstrating proficiency in their current role when motivated to develop into new roles.
