The brand is built on transparency, sustainability, and social responsibility.Role Description The Brand Ambassador role at Neighborhood Nectar is a full-time, on-site position based in Savannah, GA and Statesboro, GA. The Brand Ambassador will represent the brand at local retail locations, community events, farmers’ markets, and partner sites, sharing product knowledge and the company’s environmental justice mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, offering product samples, answering questions, collecting feedback, and educating the community about the benefits and impact of Neighborhood Nectar products. The role also involves setting up and breaking down event displays, maintaining a clean and inviting booth or display area, and ensuring consistent visual branding. The Brand Ambassador will also assist with DTC and wholesale orders. The Brand Ambassador will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams, report on customer insights, support social media content with on-the-ground stories, and help drive brand awareness and product sales in the Savannah and Statesboro surrounding area.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage diverse community members in a friendly, professional manner.Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and building Brand Awareness through events, demos, or field marketing.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident public interaction.Interest in or familiarity with sustainability, environmental justice, food systems, or socially responsible brands.Ability to work on-site in Savannah, GA and Statesboro,GA, including weekends, evenings, and local events as needed.Reliable transportation for traveling to events and retail locations within the region.Comfort with basic technology (email, spreadsheets, mobile apps) for reporting, scheduling, and event tracking.Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
