Together, we can continue to provide the highest level of care and create a brighter future for those we serve.Job Responsibilities:Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks in patient/resident, common areas, and other designated spaces, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and presentable.Linen and Laundry: Manage the collection, washing, folding, and distribution of linens and laundry as needed.Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail when cleaning, ensuring that no area is overlooked, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Safety: Follow safety protocols and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.Communication: Maintain effective communication with the supervisor and team members, reporting any issues or concerns related to cleaning and maintenance.Resident/Guest Satisfaction: Strive to meet the expectations of our patients/residents by providing a clean and comfortable environment.Qualifications:High School level reading and writingPrevious housekeeping experience preferred but not required.Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills.A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents/guests.Must be a minimum of 21 years old.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits package.A supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.
