Essity is a multi-billion-dollar company focused on Professional Hygiene, Consumer Goods, and Health & Medical Solutions.Essity Health and Medical Solutions seeks an experienced field sales manager for the National Sales Manager role. The position drives profitable growth within compression therapy, including compression garments (arm sleeves, stockings) and compression bandages used to manage lymphatic and venous conditions, during exercise or travel. The role supports the globally leading JOBST brand and the company's leadership in compression therapy in North America.The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to drive action across the organization, and will enhance the capabilities of the sales organization while driving accountability to business targets. This role can be located anywhere in the continental United States and requires ~60% travel.We are seeking individuals who embody our values, are comfortable challenging the status quo, and move quickly to improve products and processes.What You Will DoDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and achieve regional sales quota.Direct sales forecasting, hold the team accountable to forecast via CRM, and set performance goals accordingly.Motivate, lead, and coach field sales personnel; provide training, coaching, and regular field visits to develop clinical and sales employees.Remove barriers to success within scope and ensure corporate policies are followed; act as a conduit for information to the home office.Exceed targets for sales, expense control, and account penetration; develop robust quarterly strategic business plans including new opportunities.Monitor, guide, and coach the sales team to achieve targets, improve selling skills, and build sustainable customer relationships.Identify customer, competitor, and regional issues and communicate with appropriate personnel; attend trade shows and sales meetings as needed.Communicate and model conformance to company ethical standards of conduct.Who You AreMinimum of 7 years medical sales experienceBachelor's degree requiredProven ability to develop sales representatives and managersTrack record of instilling accountability and driving decisive actions within sales teamsProficiency with CRM systems and optimizing usage within the sales teamStrong goal setting and implementation skills with a demonstrated record of accomplishmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to create and deliver effective presentationsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groupsWhat We Can Offer YouEssity offers a culture that supports individual potential and growth, with a focus on collaborative, caring, and values-driven work.Compensation and Benefits:Expected Compensation: Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits.
