Implementing procedures for medication storage, reordering, administration and client compliance. Administers medications as directed. Observe for effectiveness and side effects. Do routine assessment of physical complaints; monitor ongoing medical problems and make client referrals for medical emergencies and routine follow-ups. Maintain and enhance customer service to ensure that both external and internal customers of the facility have a positive experience. Ensure assigned staff complies with all state WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures. Perform facility charting requirements, correspondence, SALs and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner. Requirements Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses) High School Diploma or a General Education Degree LPN license through the Washington Department of Health (DOH) or Multistate License CPR Certification (can be obtained after hire) Required Education Nursing degree from an accredited program Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
