This role is responsible for defining automation standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture. The Tech Lead partners closely with Product Leads, Delivery Managers, and AMS providers to enable rapid, high-quality delivery of automation solutions while maintaining long-term sustainability.Job DescriptionServe as the technical authority for digital automation solutions across RPA and AI platformsDesign and govern automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) in alignment with enterprise standardsEvaluate and incorporate application-specific AI capabilities (e.g.,Microsoft CoPilot,ServiceNow Now Assist, SalesforceAgentForce, SAP Joule, etc.) into automation and workflow designs where they add measurable valuePartner with platform owners (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to integrate native AI features into broader automation strategiesEnsure AI-enabled automations are implemented responsibly, securely, and in alignment with enterprise governance and data standardsOwn solution design and technical direction for automation initiatives from concept through deploymentDefine and enforce automation architecture standards, patterns, and reusable componentsGuide internal developers and AMS resources on automation design, development, and best practicesReview and approve automation designs, code, and implementations delivered by internal teams or AMS partnersEnsure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and resiliencyPartner with Product Leads to assess technical feasibility, complexity, and sequencing of automation requestsCollaborate with Delivery Managers to support rapid delivery while managing technical riskPrevent proliferation of fragile or duplicative automations and manage technical debtSupport complex troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact automation issuesIdentifyopportunities to expand automation capabilities and improve platform adoptionMaintain technical documentation, standards, and automation governance artifactsStay current on emerging automation and AI technologies and assess applicability to the enterpriseBasic & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience8–12 years of experience designing and delivering automation solutions in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power AppsExposure to application-embedded AI capabilities such asMicrosoft CoPilot,SAP Joule, SalesforceAgentForce, ServiceNow Now Assist, or similar toolsExperience assessing when toleveragenative platform AI versus custom automation or AI solutionsUnderstanding of AI governance, data considerations, and operational risks in enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on experience with RPA platforms and automation frameworksExperience designing AI-enabled automation or intelligent workflowsProven experience providing technical leadership and design governanceExperience working with AMS or external delivery partners in a governed delivery modelStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and data flowsExperienceoperatingin fast-paced, delivery-oriented environmentsCapabilitiesAutomation architecture and solution designTechnical leadership and influence without direct authorityRapid delivery enablement withappropriate governanceStrong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skillsAbility to balance speed, quality, and sustainabilityInnovation mindset with practical execution focusIndustry-Competitive BenefitsCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
