Full-Stack Software Developer

*Location:* Hybrid (DFW Area Required) Join the Technology Team at Ethos Group Ethos Group is seeking a talented *Full Stack Developer* to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications that support our automotive retail and financial services operations. We are looking for a developer with strong experience in *Angular, C#, and .NET* who enjoys building scalable solutions, collaborating across teams, and solving complex business challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative technologies and contribute directly to applications used throughout our organization. What You'll Do * Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. * Build modern, responsive user interfaces using *Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS*. * Develop scalable APIs, services, and business logic using *C# and .NET*. * Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations. * Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. * Support application performance, security, and scalability initiatives. * Create and maintain technical documentation. * Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning activities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 3+ years of software development experience. * Strong experience with *Angular and TypeScript*. * Strong experience with *C# and .NET*. * Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. * Experience using Git or other source control systems. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure cloud technologies. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Experience with automated testing frameworks. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Experience supporting enterprise business applications. * Automotive, finance, insurance, or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
