Memorabilia Processing Clerk
SUMMARY Overview of the position
Responsible for all aspects of Memorabilia Athlete signing processing from outgoing shipment to inbound receipt and accurate completion of inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
Raw Material preparation for outbound signing shipment, accurate count and Quality
Inspection of raw materials to be signed, determine proper packaging and shipping method for outbound signing shipment.
Accurate processing of inbound signing items accurate reconciliation of signed items, Quality
Inspection of inbound signed items, hologram application to item and certificate of authenticity, hand-numbering of select limited edition items, Certificate of Authenticity creation in Adobe Illustrator. Printing COA, creation of applicable limited-edition logs, and putting inventory item into JDE bin locations.
Photo record of all inbound signed items using company high end camera and lighting equipment
Use of Adobe Bridge and Photoshop to process photo records for hologram database.
Inspect all Materials that come in from the vendor to make sure they meet our high standards.
Collecting UDA items from inventory and building them to a Finish Good Level.
INTERACTION
This position will interact closely with the UDA Production Manager, Warehouse Clerk, Warehouse Manager, Project Managers and related Company staff members in all departments.
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
3+ years’ experience in the field of shipping/receiving/inventory control related area required and 5-7 years preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of commonly used shipping/receiving industry concepts, practices and procedures
Competent oral and written communications skills in English. Neat handwriting a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with keen attention to detail.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Professional demeanor; team player orientation.
Hands-on, energetic and motivated self-starter with the ability to work additional hours as required.
Proficiency in the following software or systems: MS Office (Word and Excel primarily), Basic Adobe Bridge and Adobe Suite a plus
General Sports Knowledge a plus
Ability to handle, pack and transfer sensitive materials.
