Fehn Companies is dedicated to a culture of safety and operates under the company's core values while completing projects for clients in the community.Position DescriptionThe Part-Time Detailer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and the yard. This role supports daily yard operations and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.Yard Work and WashingPerform yard duties as assigned by the Yard ManagerPerform wash and cleaning duties as directedComplete small projects around the shop and occasional job sitesMaintain cleanliness and organization of yard, shop, and equipmentAccurately complete and submit daily timesheets SafetyFollow all shop, yard, and jobsite safety policiesComply with company safety standards and proceduresFollow Fehn Companies AWAIR Program requirementsUse proper safety equipment and report any unsafe conditions immediately Policies and ProceduresFollow all Shop & Yard policies and proceduresMaintain a professional and responsible work ethic TrainingAttend training sessions as required by managementParticipate in additional job-specific training as needed or requested Position RequirementsQualificationsAbility to work independently and follow instructionsStrong attention to detailAbility to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditionsReliable and punctualEqual Opportunity Employer
