Human Resources Specialist

Our software R&D client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and help foster a positive workplace culture. This in-office role, Monday through Friday, and involves a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy support.Primary Responsibilities:Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance reviews and offboardingAssist with recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparationServe as a contact for employee benefits and HR policy questionsMaintain HR records and support compliance with employment laws and regulationsAssist with employee relations matters, including inquiries and workplace investigationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of HR experienceKnowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
