Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including handling banquet or catering events when required. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality service. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and cash handling. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience working with diverse customer groups, including banquet or catering events, is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
