Compensation: $70,000-$120,000

A multidisciplinary civil and planning consultancy is looking for a Transportation Engineer to support the planning and design of public infrastructure projects across Ohio. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of work-from municipal roadways and safety improvements to trails, roundabouts, and complete streets-with room to grow technically and professionally.
You'll collaborate closely with experienced engineers and planners, contribute to design development, and see projects move from concept to construction.
What You'll Do
Support planning and design for roadway and active transportation projects
Perform research, data analysis, and field reviews
Develop CAD-based design plans and visual exhibits
Prepare quantities, cost estimates, and technical documentation
Participate in quality reviews and client coordination
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2+ years of relevant transportation or civil experience
EIT required; PE preferred
Familiarity with CAD and industry design tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
