Company Description Ditch Witch Southwest is an authorized dealer of Ditch Witch Underground Equipment, serving the Southwest Region of Texas with locations in Odessa and Lubbock. We provide exceptional sales, parts, and service support for a wide range of customers in landscaping, underground construction, and equipment rentals. Our mission is to build strong partnerships with our customers by enhancing productivity and ensuring safety in the underground industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Odessa, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs, and providing equipment solutions. The position includes developing and executing sales strategies, conducting equipment demonstrations, preparing proposals, and achieving sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship managementKnowledge of underground construction, landscaping, or related industriesProficiency in creating and executing sales strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyHands-on experience with equipment sales or rentals is preferredBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirableValid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
