They promote from within and have lots of people who have been with the business for 20+ years.In this role, you will play a key role on new product development for a variety of plastic products. You will be working multiple design projects from cradle to grave simultaneously. This role is an 80/20 split between desk and production floor work, with up to 10% travel to other local sites.This role would suit a Design Engineer with plastics experience, looking to take a technical lead at a growing business on a variety of innovative projects from conception to completion.The Role:Play a key role on new product development for a variety of plastic productsWork multiple design projects from cradle to grave simultaneouslyUp to 10% travelDay shift role – 7am – 3pm, with shift flexibilityThe Person:Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Design EngineerPlastics experienceMinimum of an Associate’s degree
