This role focuses on managing the product roadmap, backlog, and ensuring alignment with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience12+ years of experience in:Product Management / Technical Program Management / Product OwnershipStrong expertise in:Product roadmap ownershipBacklog management (Epics, Features, User Stories)Governance and compliance frameworksExperience in BFSI / Insurance domain (mandatory)Hands-on knowledge of:Agile / Scrum methodologiesDevSecOpsCI/CD pipelinesQA and test automation frameworksStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesLead QCC initiatives aligned with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance standardsDefine and manage the technical product roadmap for tools, frameworks, and governanceOwn and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous refinementCollaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams for deliveryEnsure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory requirementsTrack delivery metrics, KPIs, and ensure value realizationAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on tooling, processes, and frameworksLead roadmap reviews, governance discussions, and executive reportingDrive standardization and continuous improvement across SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practicesPreferred SkillsExperience managing enterprise platforms or enablement productsExposure to audit, risk, and compliance frameworksExperience working with large insurance clientsSoft SkillsStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementAnalytical mindset with focus on outcomes and quality
