Our team is passionate about serving the people of Oakland County.IMPORTANT: All applications MUST be completed in its entirety to be considered.NOTE: COVID -19 Vaccinations are recommendedPosition DescriptionReporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the full-time, example Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a foundational member of a high performing integrated healthcare team. The NP is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating high-quality primary medical care in partnership and collaboration with Honor Community Health's integrated practice team, in support of our mission of delivering comprehensive integrated care to vulnerable populations of Oakland County in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. The NP will work collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all.Please note: this for our school-based program. Hours are site specific start times between 7:00am-7:30am with a minimum 8-hour shift.
