Your work will help foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and contribute to the agency's overall success, creating an environment where both you and the team can thrive.Position Responsibilities IncludeClient Strategy & Insight Translation: Lead and participate in client calls, translating feedback, stories, and business context into clear strategic direction, campaign ideas, and defined deliverables.Campaign & Brand Strategy Development: Originate and shape strategies that align with client goals, audiences, and business objectives.Client Services & Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, guiding decision-making and helping clarify what is needed versus what is requested.Meeting Management & Presentation: Organize and lead client meetings, prepare agendas, and confidently present strategic recommendations and solutions.Account Leadership & Growth: Maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities to expand accounts, and support pitching and shaping new work as needed.Internal Collaboration & Alignment: Partner closely with creative, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from client insight to execution.Strategic Contribution: Provide thoughtful, informed input into brand strategy, campaign direction, and long-term planning initiatives.Process & Operational Awareness: Navigate a fast-paced, evolving agency environment while contributing to improved workflows and strategic clarity.Job requirementsIt's hard to define the exact experience necessary, but we are hoping to find someone that meets the requirements below-or someone who can prove that the experiences they've had beat what we have outlined.15+ years of experience in strategy, account management, or brand marketing, preferably within a branding or marketing agency.Strong expertise in marketing, branding, and integrated campaign development.Proven ability to lead strategic thinking and guide high-level client conversations.Experience working with complex organizations, ideally including higher education, nonprofit, or regional brands.Exceptional listening, synthesis, and communication skills.Comfort operating autonomously and making informed decisions in a growth-stage environment.What would be really cool?Experience working in both agency and in-house or corporate environments.Strong instincts for brand strategy and campaign development.Experience collaborating closely with creative, digital, and production teams.Ability to thrive amid ambiguity and help bring clarity as systems evolve.Salary
