Your dedication will help enhance the quality of life for our clients, fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.Job Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.- Monitor and record clients’ health status by taking vital signs and noting any changes or concerns.- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document administration.- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.- Assist with housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment.- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities as needed.- Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and other team members regarding clients’ conditions and needs.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.- Respond promptly to client calls and requests for assistance.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.Job Requirements- High school diploma or GED.- Certification in CPR and First Aid.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.- Experience in a caregiving role or relevant training.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities.- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.- Ability to follow care plans and document client progress.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.Compensation details: 17.13 Hourly Wage PI2d a
