The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of earnings reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial disclosures, and maintaining compliance with financial reporting controls, including SOX requirements. This role also involves collaboration with auditors and internal teams to meet reporting and audit-related requests, as well as assisting in the compilation of materials for Audit Committee and Board presentations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a preference for those holding a CPA certification and having prior experience at a Big Four firm. A minimum of 12 years' of relevant experience, particularly in SEC reporting, is required. Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Workiva and Geneva is a plus, and experience in the investment management or alternative asset industry is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
