The successful candidate will be tasked with the high-impact responsibility of overseeing external financial reporting for multiple publicly traded entities. This includes the preparation, review, and filing of various SEC reports, leading cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely disclosures, and managing the full spectrum of U.S. GAAP financial statement disclosures. The role also involves coordinating annual audits, overseeing quality control for financial communications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting processes.Applicants for the Vice President of Financial Reporting position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in Accounting being a plus, and must be a CPA. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm, and industry experience with a strong focus on SEC reporting is required. The role demands a deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements, as well as hands-on experience with the Workiva reporting platform. Exposure to business intelligence tools like Power BI is also a plus.
