You will also leverage your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients. Your ability to mentor and guide junior engineers will be crucial in ensuring their professional growth and development. Additionally, your experience with structural analysis software and design codes will enable you to provide technical guidance and support to the team. Finally, your experience with project management will be beneficial in ensuring successful project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and analysis of complex structural systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standardsCollaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure successful project completionProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring their professional growth and developmentConduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and identify potential issuesPrepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specificationQualifications/Competencies4 years of experience in structural engineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseStrong knowledge of structural analysis software and design codesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Master's degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringExperience in the Business Services industryExperience with BIM softwareExperience with seismic design and analysisExperience with project managementSpecialization in materials engineering, structural engineering, or construction engineering is plusThis job description describes the general nature of the position.
