Influence on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.Leads and manages a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services and responsible for team/individual development.Influences client to accept proposals and recommendations Undertakes task/s required to fulfil the requirements of the project/assignment. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.You’ll need to haveSignificant experience in planning and scheduling across complex, multi-disciplinary projectsStrong expertise in planning techniques, project controls methodologies, and Earned Value Management (EVM)Proven ability to lead the application of scheduling tools, methods, and best practicesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and senior project teamsAbility to analyse complex requirements and provide effective recommendations and corrective actionsExperience leading and developing planning/scheduling teams, ensuring high performance and capability growthDegree in construction, engineering, project management, or related discipline (or equivalent), with relevant professional accreditation or working towards it (e.g. APM, PMI, CIOB)Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
