This position plays a critical role in building strong, mission-driven teams across our centers and central support functions.This position includes the following responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for center-based and corporate rolesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelinesPost positions, manage applicant tracking system, and maintain accurate recruitment dataScreen resumes and conducts initial phone interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and center leadersPartner with leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planningConduct reference checks and support background check processesEnsure compliance with all state licensing and employment requirements during hiringRepresent Brynmor at job fairs, community events, and university recruitment activitiesPromote Brynmor's employer brand across recruitment platforms and social mediaSupport onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experienceTrack and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline dataCollaborate with Director of People and Culture to continuously improve recruitment strategiesThis role will partner with the People & Culture Team as needed in other capacities.Critical Competencies for SuccessBe a Role model for Integrity and Honesty: Has the highest standards of integrity and honesty.
