Guest Relations/Customer Service Team

With a culture built on safety, service, fun and friendliness, integrity, innovation, and results orientation, our mission at Six Flags New England is to create fun and thrills for all ages.Pay Starting at $15.75/HourResponsibilities: Talking with guests and addressing questions and concerns regarding park policies and proceduresResolving guest complaints in a friendly and professional mannerAssisting guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operating the Six Flags Season Pass databaseCompleting all required paperwork accuratelyProviding local area information and directions to guestsAssisting with VIP ToursEnforcing all Six Flags New England policiesAssisting in other areas of the Admissions department, including ticket taking, ticket selling, season pass processing, and toll operationsPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assignedQualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skill in EnglishAnalytical problem-solving skillsPositive attitudeSuperior phone etiquetteAbility to work independently with little supervisionProficiency in computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn new computer systems quicklySense of fun!Willing to work in a high performance team environmentWilling to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language18 years old or older
