Security Field Supervisor

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations for several of our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure environment for both employees and visitors, ensuring that all security protocols are adhered to effectively. *Schedule* Thursday- Monday, 10PM - 6AM- MUST be flexible with hours! This will be covering sites as far north as Pittsfield and North Adam's *Duties* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. * Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks and implement appropriate measures. * Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary. * Provide training and guidance to security staff. * Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily operations for management review. * Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to enhance security measures. * The Field Supervisor is responsible for holding post during their regularly scheduled hours, should the command center fail to have a viable replacement for a call out and * Must be physically capable of performing field duties, including walking and standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, conducting mobile patrols, training on various sites and driving between sites as needed. *Experience* * Previous experience in a supervisory role within the security field or related areas such as law enforcement or military service is preferred. * Familiarity with surveillance technologies and loss prevention strategies is essential. * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a culture of safety and vigilance. *Minimum Qualifications/Requirements* * 2 years of security experience * Valid MA Driver's license If you are passionate about maintaining safety and have the required experience, we encourage you to apply for this vital role in our organization.
