Job Title: GTM ManagerLocation: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)About the RoleWe are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute marketing, content, and community initiatives for a fast-growing AI-focused organization.This role sits at the intersection of product, research, and marketing, translating technical advancements into clear, compelling narratives for developers, researchers, and enterprise audiences.You will play a key role in shaping brand positioning, driving engagement, and building a strong presence within the AI ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Content & Social Media StrategyManage and operate company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter)Plan, create, and publish content related to product updates, research progress, and industry insightsMonitor trends in AI and emerging technologies to drive timely, relevant content2. Community & GrowthBuild and manage online communities (e.g., Discord, Slack)Drive engagement through discussions, events, and content initiativesPromote programs such as internships, research collaborations, and community activities3. Marketing & Brand ExecutionCreate marketing assets including decks, banners, and social media visualsEnsure consistent messaging and branding across all channelsSupport growth initiatives through experimentation and data-driven approaches4. Events & PartnershipsSupport major conferences, meetups, and industry eventsCoordinate community-facing activities such as workshops and networking eventsCollaborate with partners to expand brand reach and ecosystem presenceQualificationsRequired1-3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or growth rolesStrong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical conceptsExperience managing social media or online communitiesStrong awareness of trends, especially in fast-moving tech environmentsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience in AI, machine learning, or developer-focused productsFamiliarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop)Experience with analytics tools and performance trackingBackground in growth experimentation or automation workflows
