Leadership Program Administrator

FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE: Plans, implements, and administers national programs to support leadership development and corporate succession planning.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Leads the planning and execution of leadership development offerings to ensure successful delivery of content. Identifies facilitators and speakers to deliver program content. Coordinates with facilitators to determine availability aligns with offering schedules.2. Reviews and evlauates data to forecast and project program offerings; develops plans and timelines for program offerings. Presents recommendations to leadership.3. Develops and executes integrated project plans for leadership development offerings to include identifying deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, and defining budget parameters. Identifies elements of risk and develops strategies and plans to mitigate risks. Assesses potential program impacts in relation to budget and other existing or proposed programs; and stay within program budget.4. Coordinates with Supply Management and internal stakeholders to develop requests for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOWs), and contract modifications.5. Serves as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for leadership development contracts. Maintains relationships and ongoing communications with vendors to ensure clear expectations, consistent service and to troubleshoot issues. Certifies invoices to ensure timely vendor payment. Participates in budget planning to obtain funding for contracts. Initiates contract extensions and RFPs as needed to ensure continuity of service.6. Collaborates with leadership development vendors to develop program related materials and communications; provides feedback and guidance on deliverables. Partners with internal stakeholders to on deliverables. Partners with internal stakeholders to administer program curriculum. Develops and delivers program orientation presentation to leadership development program participants.7. Facilitates information sessions with organizational leadership to provide awareness of program offerings, eligibility, and course expectations. Partners with key stakeholders to facilitate the nomination of participants, , and coordinates guestspeakers.8. Develops and presents recommendations for program management modifications and enhancements to improve the participants experience.9. Develops comprehensive communication plan and associated materials to inform the organization on leadership development programs offerings and upcoming enrollments.10. Serves as the host for in person leadership program events (e.g., graduation, kick off meetings, networking) by coordinating with facility staff, vendors, and facilitators for the events.SUPERVISION: Manager Leadership DevelopmentREQUIREMENTS:Ability to develop and track project plans, develop project goals, identify and monitor resources, monitor progress, and develop an integrated program timeline to ensure all planned deliverables are met.Ability to evaluate data, summarize findings, and develop a course of action based on results.Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with employees and internal customers at all levels of organization and in different functions.SPECIAL CONDITION: Willingness to travel as required.Ability to conduct research, identify trends, present findings, and make recommendations for improvements.Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a succinct and organized manner; producing written materials, taking into account proper audience, content, format, and grammar.Ability to support contracts, including developing request for proposals (RFP) and statement of work (SOW), managing vendor relationships, certifying invoices, modifying contracts, and ensuring adherence to budget.Skill using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), sufficient to extract data, develop reports, and prepare documents and presentations.Knowledge of adult learning and professional curriculum design and development principles and methods sufficient to administer leadership development programs.
