Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location in Ashland, WI.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Client requires ability to manage typical SNF caseloads, documentation per facility policy, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Experience with ADL retraining, mobility assessments, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharge planning preferred.Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Details: 5 days per week.Assignment Start: May 4, 2026.Location Highlights Ashland, WI offers a mix of outdoor recreation and small-city amenities within reach of major natural landmarks.
