This role assists with design development, Revit modeling, construction documentation, and presentation materials while ensuring design intent, quality, and adherence to accessibility codes and office standards.This position is located in our Sacramento, CA office. The position requires 3 days in the office and the ability to work from home Mondays and Fridays.ResponsibilitiesAssist in project design documentation using Revit, including 3D modeling and material researchPrepare and organize working drawings and basic “block-out” drawings (site plans, floor plans, elevations)Support design development and construction documents across all project phasesHelp produce marketing and interview presentation materialsAssist with plan check processes and apply accessibility codes to drawingsSupport construction administration, including submittal and shop drawing reviews and RFIsIncorporate red-line markups from supervisors accurately and thoroughlyEstimate hours for assigned tasks and complete work within agreed budgetsParticipate in design charrettes, professional activities, and other assigned dutiesRequirementsArchitectural degree from an accredited universityMinimum 1 year of architectural design experience preferredProficiency in Revit, including advanced editing, drawing setup, and file managementUnderstanding of construction documents, drawing organization, and architectural terminologyFamiliarity with CAD/Revit fundamentals such as layers, plotting, dimensions, viewports, and file maintenanceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independentlyProfessional, respectful demeanor with clients, consultants, and team membersMotivation to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilitiesThe hourly range for this position is $23.56 – $32.06/hour ($49,006 - $66,698).The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate’s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
