Job Requisition ID #26WD96247Position OverviewAs Senior Business Operations Manager for Autodesk’s Digital Experience & Commerce (DEC) organization, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, executive readiness, and cross-functional alignment across a highly visible, performance-driven function. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations & Strategy, this role partners closely with the DEC Leadership Team and senior stakeholders across Worldwide Marketing, Growth & eCommerce (GET), Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.You will be trusted to turn complexity into clarity—translating strategy, data, and cross-functional initiatives into concise, executive-ready narratives that inform decisions and move the business forward. This role is ideal for a structured, data-led operator who thrives in ambiguity, operates with high ownership, and embodies Autodesk’s One ORBIT behaviors in how they work.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations & Executive EnablementDrive the operational rhythm of the business, partnering with the Director of Business Operations & StrategyOperations across annual and quarterly planning, execution tracking, and leadership reportingOwn the creation of executive-ready presentations and narratives, distilling complex initiatives into clear, decision-oriented stories used in QBRs, CEO GPRs, CMO updates, leadership forums, and planning cyclesEnsure senior leaders receive accurate, timely, and insight-driven updates,proactively surfacing risks and trade-offs with no surprisesOperate with accountability and urgency, demonstrating Relentless focus on outcomes and executionExecutive Narrative & StorytellingTranslate performance data, portfolio updates, risks, and dependencies into clear executive storylines with defined problem statements, options, and recommendationsMaintain high standards of visual clarity, analytical rigor, and structure in all leadership materialsEnsure alignment between strategy, metrics, financials, and roadmap commitments, reinforcing trust and transparencyAct with Brave decision-making—challenging assumptions and elevating discussions when clarity is needed Performance Metrics & ReportingMaintain and evolve DEC dashboards and reporting across revenue, funnel health, experimentation, and operational KPIsSupport the development of executive scorecards and performance summaries that connect outcomes to strategyTrack and support OKR planning and progress, ensuring focus on the highest-impact prioritiesPartner with Portfolio Management to ensure accurate initiative tracking and visibility using tools such as AirtableApply Ingenious thinking to continuously improve how insights are generated an shared.Employee Engagement & Organizational HealthPartner with DEC leadership to strengthen clarity, engagement, and accountability across the organizationSupport the design and execution of all-hands, offsites, town halls, and alignment sessions that connect strategy to executionTranslate strategic priorities into narratives that clearly link individual contributions to DEC’s commercial outcomesMonitor engagement signals and surface organizational risks earlyReinforce a culture of Trusted partnership, transparency, and shared ownership of resultsPartner with People & Places (HR) to support onboarding, enablement, and capability-building initiativesEnsure recognition and milestones are visible and celebrated across leadership forumsCross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product, Growth, and CustomerSuccess to ensure shared understanding of goals, priorities, and trade-offsFacilitate structured discussions that drive decisions—not just status updatesChampion One Autodesk collaboration by aligning teams around outcomes and customer impactMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or analytical rolesBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceMBA preferred but not requiredExperience in Digital, eCommerce, SaaS, or performance-driven environmentsProven track record supporting senior leaders with executive-level communicationsPreferred QualificationsExceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills; able to build structured, high-impact presentations quicklyStrong analytical ability with comfort synthesizing data into insights and recommendationsHigh ownership and ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong financial and commercial acumen, including revenue, forecasting, and KPIsComfortable leveraging AI and LLM tools as a force multiplier in daily workExecutive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with BI and dash-boarding platforms a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $122,000 and $219,010. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
