That means showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of the quality of every interaction with a business owner.This is an in-person, relationship-led role. If you need constant motivation or prefer minimal oversight, this role will not be the right fit.CompensationWeekly pay including commissions, with typical first-year earnings in the range of $65,000–$75,000 per year.
