Job SummaryJoin our team as an ESS Technician! You’ll install, program, test, and repair electronic safety and security systems for residential and commercial customers. This hands-on role includes troubleshooting, running cables, configuring devices, performing inspections, and ensuring systems work safely and reliably. You’ll also provide clear guidance to customers and maintain accurate documentation.Pay & Career GrowthApprentice / New Hire: $20–$21/hourLevel 1 (0.5–2 yrs): $22–$23/hourLevel 2 (3–5 yrs): $24–$27/hourLevel 3 (6+ yrs): $28–$30/hourWe offer clear advancement based on experience, certifications, and performance.ResponsibilitiesInstall, program, and repair electronic systems.Troubleshoot and test devices for proper operation.Run and terminate cables; read blueprints and wiring diagrams.Complete work orders and documentation.Provide excellent customer service.Safely operate tools, lifts, and equipment.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Networking experience required; multimeter experience preferred.Valid driver’s license.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
