As part of our CARES-giver team, you will help expand our impact in the community by providing access to high quality, compassionate care.Location - Dallas Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:Provide routine/annual exams and sick visits Conduct physical exams and developmental assessments for children from birth through adolescence Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic pediatric conditions (e.g., infections, asthma etc) and perform other office-based proceduresProvide preventative screenings and care Counsel and educate patients on topics such as chronic diseases and treatment optionsCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging)Assist in our mission to provide access to quality care to allWork with a diverse, underserved patient population in the heart of DallasShare your expertise and best practices to help us become the provider of choiceWhat you need to succeedTo become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:BSN and/or NP from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent; current RN or NP license to practice in the state of TexasRegistered and have current DEA, DPS and other such certificates to legally operate as a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtainMinimum of 2 years of professional experienceExcellent patient engagement and communication skillsExperience in community health centers and/or non-profits is preferredExperience serving multicultural and multilingual patient populationsExperience with eClinicalWorks or similarMS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impactWhat We OfferAt HHM Health, the health and well-being of our employees matters just as much as that of our patients.
