The Baldwin Group (NASDAQ: BWIN), takes a holistic and tailored approach to insurance and risk management.The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office events, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate office operations, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering incoming calls, and greeting visitors.Manage office supplies and equipment, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies as needed and coordinating repairs, this includes uploading receipts for expense reports. Assist staff with administrative tasks, such as creating and formatting documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.Daily manage Do Not Call requests as they are received from outside vendors. Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.Collaborate with corporate Baldwin Group Facilities team for yearly PCI-compliance audit.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company policies, procedures, and services.Ensure that office is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner, and that health and safety regulations are observed. Assist and coordinate with sales contest and in-office events as needed. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
