Python Gen AI developer
Overview:
In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, API-driven solutions with a focus on Generative AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-enabled software that meets client needs, timelines, and budgets. You'll evaluate new LLM versions, engineer prompts, and build integrations with AI platforms to drive impactful data workflows. This is an opportunity to shape advanced Gen AI solutions and collaborate with Gen AI leads to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern technology stacks
- Develop and integrate APIs for Gen AI orchestration and data analytics workflows
- Integrate Large Language Models via API endpoints (e.g., OpenAI GPT, PaLM 2, Dolly, Claude 2, Cohere)
- Apply prompt engineering techniques and implement LLM agents (e.g., LangChain)
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS) for AI solutions
- Conduct rapid experiments to evaluate new LLM versions and features
- Collaborate with Gen AI leads and team members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform basic data engineering tasks to load structured and unstructured data from source systems to target data stores
- Debug and troubleshoot software or design issues
Key requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering or data analytics experience
- Strong Python (mandatory)
- PySpark or JavaProven experience in building API-based scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools
