The ideal candidate gets excited about structure, speed, scalability, and building systems that help creative teams produce and launch more winning content faster.OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized Digital Assets & Metadata Coordinator / Workflow Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position is critical to helping scale a high-volume performance content operation across paid and organic social channels. You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and media buying teams to ensure assets are organized, searchable, actionable, and flowing efficiently through production pipelines. You’ll be responsible for digital asset organization, metadata management, workflow optimization, version tracking, and helping maintain operational clarity across a rapidly growing creative ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and naturally obsessed with systems, organization, and scalability.Requirements• Experience in digital asset management (DAM), creative operations, or content workflow management • Experience supporting fast-paced performance marketing, paid social, ecommerce, or DTC creative environments • Strong organizational and process-building skills • Experience managing high volumes of creative assets and rapid content iteration • Familiarity with modern paid social and organic content ecosystems • Proficiency with Google Drive, Dropbox, Airtable, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency at scale • Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-output environmentImportantThis role is primarily focused on creative operations, asset systems, workflow scalability, and performance-content organization and management — not traditional film/video production or long-form studio editing.
