Senior Counsel Licensed Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their legal team, supporting various legal matters in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and vendor contracts Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal issues and business risks Assist with legal support for HR, compliance, marketing programs, and privacy initiatives Required Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 5+ years of legal experience, with a preference for in-house roles in technology or SaaS companies Working knowledge of SaaS commercial contracting and core legal issues impacting software businesses Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively
