Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoResponsible for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment for all employees & customersSupervises activities of Plant including, receiving, sales, operations, safety and environmentalSupervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectivenessAddress customer and employee satisfaction issues promptlyMaintain the overall appearance of the facilityMust collaborate with management to ensure successful accomplishments of warehouse and productionMaintain inventory through prevention of loss due to fraud, quality, and counting; including loss of product not being cycled/expiredCoordinate and supervise material receiving, documentation, storage, inventory control, disbursement and off-site shipping activitiesWhat You'll NeedMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferredPrevious experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipmentLeader who displays a "can do" attitude, sense of urgency and dedication to the success of the overall mission of both the Plant and the overall company goalsExhibits integrity and trust as well as respect for the individual through strong moral character, demonstrating leadership and communication skillsEntrepreneurial attitude and exceptional leadership skills to include team building skills by setting high standards for self and othersClearly communicate expectations, issues and feedbackCustomer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customersKnowledge of full manufacturing process to include production and fabrication experienceMust have an ability to ensure the safety of both the individual and customers is protected at all timesMust be able to multi-task and handle stress in highly productive environment while problem solve in all areas of the WarehouseMust be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditionsGreat organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskProficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and ExcelBilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish required3 years' experience in Warehouse environment preferred; construction or industrial environment a plusYour EducationHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is requiredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
