Client Case Representative, Senior Associate

Completes internal processes and partners with senior team members to communicate solutions.**This position will require working EST hours.**Core ResponsibilitiesOwns standard client requests and executes daily process to complete them.Follows standardized procedures and conducts research to fulfill client requests and transactions.Ensures client inquiries are communicated and resolved within defined service levelsDocuments client interactions and servicing actions accurately in CRM and operational systemsDevelops and maintains strong knowledge of direct indexing mechanics, tax-aware investing concepts.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of three years related work experience in the Financial Services industry.
